The first step is to discuss your existing service with ellesys.  We'll analyse your current conferencing bills, understand the services and locations you need, identify the hidden charges and provide a full breakdown of savings.  This will allow you to see clearly where the majority of your charges comes from.

How to order - You can switch your conferencing services just over the phone. We will need all of your current and future locations, how many moderators are required, the typical number of participants per call and any other on-call feature that is either currently used or will be needed.  Our webex web conferencing features include the latest functions and feautres available to business users.

Once the order is complete - If this is a brand new service, we will try and provision your service as soon as possible and get you live within 3 working days.  If this is a service you are already using from another supplier, simply understand your expiry date on your current contract and we will work to that.

User adoption – For existing and new users we will support and hand hold you through the change in service providers. Our team understands this and we help communicate new access numbers and new account details to ensure the switch happens fast and with no delay.

After care - You will receive a welcome note from us detailing our contact details, your account information and of course your account manager and their direct contact details.
