How it works

Missed calls are now a thing of the past because the recipient can quickly activate any phone at their current location via the Web Assistant to ‘redirect’ calls made to them. It ensures immediate connectivity on any device, any network, anywhere. If the call is not answered it will go to an alternative member of your team, and only in the very last instance will it go to voicemail.
