Before you place your support enquiry always cover the basic checks to ensure you are up and running as quick as possible. Please check the condition of your internal telephone cables. Make sure the cables are fully covered, there are no loose connections and no bare wires showing. If your phone needs batteries normally please check and replace. If there is power going to your phone, router or phone system, check the power supplies are plugged in correctly. Check router and phone system indicators and make sure there are no immediate hardware faults. Some phone systems checks may require certified engineers. Please do not try anything you are not qualified to do and if in doubt call us.
